Welcome to the website of TEGH Glass & Mirrors. By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, or purchasing custom glass, mirror, or railing fabrication and installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
TEGH Glass & Mirrors specializes in the custom fabrication, supply, and installation of architectural glass products, including but not limited to frameless shower enclosures, custom wall and gym mirrors, glass balcony and staircase railings, office partitions, and commercial storefronts.
2. Quotations and Estimations
Preliminary estimates provided via our online quote wizard, telephone consultations, or email are non-binding budgetary estimates based upon client-submitted rough dimensions and preferences. Final quotations are confirmed following an on-site technical laser measurement assessment by our certified team.
3. Laser Measurements & Site Readiness
Accurate glass templating requires finished openings. For shower doors and glass railings, tile, marble, curbs, and backing structures must be fully installed and cured prior to final laser templating. If dimensions change after templating due to subsequent site alterations, the client is responsible for any re-fabrication costs.
4. Custom Fabrication & Cancellation
Because architectural glass is custom-cut, CNC-machined, and tempered specifically for your space, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once glass processing has commenced. Standard production timelines generally range from 7 to 14 business days, subject to material availability and design complexity.
5. Workmanship & Hardware Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship. TEGH Glass & Mirrors provides a standard warranty on installation workmanship and mechanical hardware components (hinges, clamps, channel profiles, rollers) against defects in accordance with standard trade practices. This warranty does not cover accidental glass impact breakage, scratches resulting from abrasive cleaning agents, or structural shifts in the host building.
6. Building Code Compliance
All tempered and laminated glass supplied by TEGH Glass & Mirrors conforms to applicable safety standards and the Ontario Building Code (OBC). Clients are responsible for obtaining any property-specific condominium or municipal permits if required.
