Welcome to the website of TEGH Glass & Mirrors. By using our website, submitting quote requests, or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Quotations and Estimations

Online quotes and estimates provided through our Get a Quote wizard or phone consultations are provisional approximations based on your submitted dimensions. Final firm quotations are subject to on-site laser measurements taken by a TEGH Glass technician.

2. Professional Measurements

If customer supplies their own measurements for custom-cut glass, customer accepts full responsibility for dimensions fitment. We highly recommend utilizing our laser measurement service to avoid fabrication mismatches.

3. Fabrication and Installation

Custom glass fabrication begins immediately upon approval of the final quotation. Once fabrication begins, custom-cut orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Standard fabrication timelines range between 7 to 14 business days.

4. Warranties

We supply a 3-year limited warranty covering installation workmanship (leaks, seal deterioration) and hardware mechanics (hinges, sliders). This warranty does not cover accidental glass breakage, impact damage, or chemical abrasive glass scoring after installation.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
